As a native New Yorker, Classically-Trained Flutist and Mother of four young boys, Ariella Perlman is constantly exploring new flavor combinations and deliciously accommodates dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan needs, as a self-taught baker specializing in made to order, organic, custom-flavored savory Sourdough Breads, Sweet Tray Bakes, Cookie Bars, and Cakes
Triple fermented and made completely by hand, each loaf takes a minimum of three days to produce!
Every loaf contains both organic all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour, which provide the best taste and texture. Loaves can be enjoyed plain or with the addition of garden-grown rosemary or sage! My sourdough breads are simple, classic and delicious.
Enhance your sourdough with dairy-free options ranging from classic to complex! Each loaf is made with no dairy (V), but don’t be worried, they still pack a huge flavor punch!!

In our recipe testing, there are so many delicious flavors which perfectly pair with cheese:
Jalapeño, Cranberry Sage, Garlic Mushroom, Scallion, Olive, Sun Dried Tomato and Garlic Kimchi
For when you want to try lots of different flavors, or have a smaller get-together, these mini loaves are perfect! You can serve two at your next party, then save one for your breakfast 😉
Sometimes your bread just needs cheese…and mushroom, AND olive! Or, maybe you like mushrooms but not garlic. For a bit extra, you can have it just the way you like it!
Once you have your starter, learn my entire process from start to finish. It is a three-day labor, with each day involving different elements, and the second day being the most hands on! You will receive all my tips and tricks to start your journey. We can bake together in-person or on FaceTime. Get in touch with me for details!
Have some of my starter and start your own bread journey! This kit comes with fed starter in a glass jar and a full list of instructions. The instruction guide will help you to keep your starter well-fed and happy.

Delicious on its own, or great under any jam flavor, my homemade Brown Butter richly pairs with savory toppings like smoked salmon, cucumber and tomato or avocado. It really goes with everything!
Choose from two sizes, 4oz and 8oz.
Enjoy your bread a slice or two at a time while resting assured the loaf will be fresh and hot when you’re ready. I’ll slice, cellophane, and include re-heat/toasting instructions for fresh tasting sourdough, one slice at a time!
To Celebrate a Birthday, Anniversary or a Milestone Moment!
This Yellow Cake is made with White Wine and Olive Oil, hence the Adults Only moniker. These ingredients combine to create a delicate crumb and sophisticated flavor. I have iced this cake with Chocolate, Vanilla or Brown Butter Buttercream. The salty, sour strawberry filling perfectly complements the notes of white wine.
This cake can be made gluten-free or dairy-free upon request
This olive oil white wine cake is bejeweled with fresh raspberries and filled with both four berry jam and pistachio crunch. A silky smooth pistachio buttercream made from homemade pistachio butter coats the outside of this fabulous cake.
Lucious Chocolate Cake with Decadent Homemade Salty Strawberry Jam.
Blueberry Compote fill layers of Earl Grey, Plum wine cake. Coated in Goat Cheese buttercream and bedazzled with Earl grey almond crunch, this cake is bursting with flavors that are both traditional and modern!

With Brown Butter in both the cake layers and the buttercream, every time you see a golden brown speck, you know it’s nutty buttery goodness! Sprinkled with Golden Ritz Crunch for that extra butter blast! Brown Butter is always delicious and goes with anything and everything!!!
Fruit fillings have been apricot, strawberry and mixed berry jam.
With rich chocolate cake layers filled with peanut butter crunch and covered in Peanut Butter Buttercream, this cake is a peanut lovers paradise. Totally decadent, yet simple!!!
This rich and decadent chocolate cake is heightened with a mint chocolate cookie and chocolate peppermint buttercream filling. This amazing cake can be coated in mint buttercream for avid mint lovers, or iced with milk chocolate buttercream for just a hint of mint. Either way it slaps!
The same amazing chocolate cake coated in strawberry buttercream with salty/sour strawberry jam and confetti crumbs!! A winning combination for those chocolate covered strawberry lovers out there! Made with only real strawberries, nothing artificial ever!!! (Well maybe the rainbow non-parriels😉)

Choose from: apricot raspberry, blueberries and cream, cranberry orange, lemon blueberry, raspberry pistachio, miso apple, apricot sage, cranberry, lavender marmalade , mixed summer berry, pear rosemary, pear yuzu, green tea blackberry, rose mixed berry, green tea fig, and pictured here strawberry with rosemary.
Any delicious Blondie flavor is heightened by the addition of Ritz Cracker Crunch! This buttery, salty and sweet addition adds texture and buttery crumble to this already decadent treat!
Perfect for a holiday celebration or just living your best life, this cake has a miso infused batter with beautiful layers of cinnamon apples running through it. this cake is gorgeous on its own, but can be heightened with a selection of buttercreams to go with it!
A variation of its sister the apple cake, this cake also contains the umami of miso in the batter, but with layers of cardamom scented pears running throughout. The pears are so soft and smooth they create a super soft texture within the crumb of this cake. Fantastic when heated and plain, it can also be ordered with a variety of buttercreams.

Delicious and nostalgic, this cake is a hit with kids and grownups alike! Technically banana bread, this bread is so moist and light its cake relatives are jealous. Delicious plain, but totally up leveled with cookie butter buttercream, or any other buttercream!
Although everything on this menu is awesome as is, you can never have too much Buttercream! Get it on the side, so you can warm up your entire fruity cake for dessert and offer a shmear per slice. Or get your cake intricately decorated with the frosting of your choice!
